Refund Policy for Digital Magazines:

If the file you downloaded is defective or you did not receive your download link please contact us at sales@puf-e.com we will resend you a new one.If defective file or missing link is not the issue, please contact CCBill’s Consumer Support department.

Refund Policy for Physical Magazines:

If your magazine order is lost or damaged  by the shipping company please contact us at sales@puf-e.com we will resend you a new one.If lost or damaged order is not the issue, please contact CCBill’s Consumer Support department.

Shipping policy:All orders of physical products are shipped within 3 days of payment.

PLEASE NOTE; ONLY 1 DVD IS ALLOWED PER PHYSICAL MAG BOUGHT. IF YOU ADD MORE DVDS THAN MAGS YOU ARE BUYING WE WILL SHIP ONLY THE QUANTITIES OF DVDS YOU ARE ALLOWED TO GET FREE.

THE SHIPPING COMPANY UPS AND CANADAPOST WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PRESENT A VALID ID FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

A order can be cancelled and refunded if the order has not been shipped.Once the order has shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

Defective items policy: This policy applies for physical items.If the item is defective it can be replaced within 2 days of receiving order.

Procedure to replace defective item

1 Email sales@puf-e.com picture of the defective item.

2-If it is our mistake we will send you a return authorization code.

3-Please print the code and add it to your box when returning your item.

4-You will be responsible for all freight charges.

Complaints:
For all complaints, please contact us through sales@puf-e.com. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to sales@puf-e.com.

Appeals:
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email sales@puf-e.com. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party.
